Some People will be Rehabilitated at a young age needing the extra Cuddling and nurturing that they missed but some will start at an older age where they can experience a very hard upbringing through Their Teen years until their Parents die or the courts decide otherwise.. Unlike other Rejuvie universes their will no reseting the children back to their age and doing it again. We feel with our R-Virus Vacine Children will need only ONE re-do of their childhood to grow up properly with the right parents and proper Discipline
